Diet plan, starting next week.

I will be starting my diet again tomorrow. I followed this diet about two years ago and I lost 20lbs, but due to my family vacation back to the Philippines, I ended up screwing my diet that I worked hard for. However, now I am trully motivated to try it again and hopefully this time I will succeed.

Anne Rose - Canada Trip

Cousin Anne came to visit us from the Philippines for about 2 weeks. We had a fun singing, dancing and a lot of walking. We were kind skeptic if she can keep up with us, but she proved us wrong! She 100% certified Dizon.

His Last Wish...




www.sendgrandpahome.com is dedicated to our grandfather Celso Selom and his last wish. Celso is currently living with small cell lung cancer, a fight he's been battling since 2008. He's fought through chemotherapy. He's fought through radiation. He's fought through the pain and anguish all past the age of 70. Everyday he fights because it's his desire that is keeping him alive. His desire to spend the small time he has left on this earth with his family in his native land the Philippines. Please read his story and meet his family to help make his last wish come true to spend time with his 5 children and 13 grandchildren who reside in the Philippines.


Our Goal...

At least $1 and 30,000 people to donate towards a medical flight from Norfolk, VA to the Philippines. In his current state, he is unable to ride on a commercial flight. We tried to fly commercial on January 18th, 2010, but he was not strong enough to make to the gate after check in. The doctors have told us, "be prepared" as there isn't much time we have left with him, so we are doing all that we can to get him home as soon as possible. It's our turn to give back to someone who has given us everything.
